摘要
试验采用磁场的不同场强,不同处理时间,在桑蚕卵胚子发育反转期(己1)时进行磁处理,结果表明:处理区5龄幼虫食下量、消化量、蚕体重均明显高于对照区.最佳处理区幼虫酶活性增强,龄期经过缩短,全茧量、茧层量、茧层率均显著高于对照区.磁场处理桑蚕卵,操作简单易行,成本低,便于推广,有显著的经济效益和社会效益,可以认为是一种易于推广的增产措施。
In this experiment,eggs of mulberry-feeding silkworm were treated with different magnetic field x time at the embryo development (revered) stage (F1). The results showed that the amount fo mulberry leaves eaten by 5 instar lay larvae, digested amount and pupa weight in magnetic field teatments were significantly higher than those in CK. Also the activities of enzymes in larvae, the weights of pupa+cocoon and cocoon aam the lates of cocoon over pupa+cocoon increased greatly in suitable magnetic treatments compared with CK.
