摘要
不同培养基、环境因素(温度、pH、光照)、营养条件(碳源、氮源)对蛹草菌菌丝体生长影响的研究结果表明:蛹草菌菌丝体在PDA综合培养基和沈农5号培养基上生长状况最好,在PDA培养基、PDA麸皮培养基生长最差.菌丝体在15~25℃范围内均能生长,其中在25℃条件下生长状况最好,而且随着温度的升高,生长状况明显增强,30℃和件下生长成侵,35℃停止生长.菌丝体对酸碱度要求不严,在pH5.0~8范围内均能生长,其中在pH6.5~7.0生长最好.菌丝体在非光照条件下比在光照条件下生长旺盛.对不同碳源、氮源吸收各异,其中以甘露醇为碳源,以牛肉膏为氮源生长状况最佳.
The results showed that mycelia of Cordyceps militaris could grow well on PDA composite and No. 5 of Shennong culture mediums, whereas grew worse on the culture mediums of PDA and PDA with bran. The mycelia would grow at 15 ̄25℃, the bet at 25℃,but grew slowly at 30℃ and could not glow at 35℃. At PH 5.0 ̄8.0, there mycelia also would grow, but the best range of pH was at 6.5 ̄7.0. They grew better in dark condition than in light. The best carbon source was mannitol and the best nitrogen source was extract beef.
