摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法,研究了经口灌服和静脉注射盐酸吗啉胍后,在成年健康尼克蛋鸡体内的药物代谢动力学过程.主要药物代谢动力学参数:消除半衰期为9.98±1.04h-1与8.52±0.36h-1.分布半衰期为1.56±0.71h-1与0.49±0.09h-1,总消除速率常数为4.4063±0.272mg/kg.h与5.5579±1.263mg/kg.h,总表观分布容积为655.99±879.72ml/kg与5469.3±255.8ml/kg,中央室消除速率常数为0.075±0.018h-1与0.129±0.0299h-1,药时曲线下面积为11.25±1.56mg/L.h与22.81±0.5mg/L.
This paper deals with the pharmacokinetics process of drug metabolism by using ultraviolet spectroscope method in adult Nike chickens injected or fed with Moroxydini Hydrochloridum. The main pharmacokinetics parameters are as follows: eliminated half-life:9.98±1.04h-1and8.52±0.36h-1,distributive half- life:1.56±0.71h-1and 0.49±0.09h-1,total eliminated rate constant:4.4063±0.272mg/kg.h and 5.5579±1.263mg/kg' h, total appearanced volume: 6355.99±879.72ml/kg and 5469.3±255.8ml/kg,central eliminated rate constant:0.075 ±0.018h-1 and 0.129±0.0299h-1,areas under curve of drug:11.25±1.56 mg/L.h and 22.81±0.5mg/L'h.
