摘要
以金冠苹果为试材,研究不同空气放电生成对青霉、轮纹、干腐、炭疽4种贮藏期主要侵染性病害的抑制作用,以及对果实衰老的调节作用和防腐效应.结果表明,臭氧负离子(O3)具有较强的杀菌、抑菌能力,并可延缓果实衰老,而正离子促进衰老.
The Golden-Delicious apple was used as testing material to study the effect of different gases generated from air discharge on senescence regulation and disease control in apple atorage, such as penicillum infection, ring rot, dry rot and anthracnose. The results showed that the negative ozone ion has strong ability of steritization and bacterioatasis,and delaying senescence, while the posritive ion promotes senescence.
