摘要
企业只有具备不断进行技术创新的内在动力,才能在激烈的市场竞争中生存与发展。企业目标主导着企业行为,它与企业技术创新内在动力有本质性的紧密联系。从不同企业目标和不同发达国录企业目标的对比分析得出,企业目标是决定企业技术创新动力诸因素中的首要因素,不同企业目标与技术创新行为本质和效用特征之间有不同的相互耦合度,创新动力与这一耦合度正相关。必须创造规范稳定的社会条件以逐步形成与技术创新本质高度耦合的企业目标,使企业从行为本能上将技术创新作为自身发展的唯一选择。
Enterprises have the inherent motive to carry out technol gicalo innovation, because in this way they can survive and develop themselves in the keen market competition. Enterpises' goal determines their actions. There is a close relation between enterprises' goal and their initiative of -technological innovation . The, paper gives out some Conclusions through analysing.
