摘要
用较少的抗原量免疫绵羊,采用活体采血法,定期加强免疫,定期补铁,定期采血,获得抗人促甲状腺激素抗血清,采用放免分析方法鉴定抗血清,结果为:抗血清滴定为28-205万,与促卵泡激素,促绒毛膜生长激素,促黄体生成素交叉都小于0.02‰,亲和常数K大于10^10L/mol。
pecific high titre antisera to TSH were raisedin two sheeps injected with 100μg (booster in-jection. 50μg) highly purified TSH preparationby the multi-site intradermal immunizationtechnique. Blood were bled at two week inter-vals by cardiac puncture without killing the an-imals and solution of anti-anemia drug was giv-en to sheeps after each leting blood. The antis-era were monitored by TSH RIA Kit. Titreswere range from 28 × 10 ̄4 to 205× 10 ̄4 and nocross-reaction occured between TSH antiseraand human LH, FSH, HCG and all antiserahave the avidity more than 10 ̄(10)L/mol.
