摘要
从金顶侧耳子实体中分离纯化一半乳甘露聚糖PC-3,其分子量约为67kD,一级结构为α(1→6)糖苷键相连的Gal构成分子的主链,部份残基C_2上带有分支,分支结构为α(1-2)Man-α(1-2)Man。按高碘酸氧化、部份酸水解,甲基化、硫酸化程序对PC-3的结构进行化学修饰;并分别将PC-3及其衍生物与柯萨奇病毒B_5进行体外实验,结果表明,PC-3经硫酸化后,显著地提高了抗病毒活性;而高碘酸氧化,甲基化,部份酸水解产物则降低了抗CB_5的活性。
A D-Galacto-D-Mannan isolated and purified from fruit bodies of Pleurotus Citrinopileatus. The molecular weight was abount 67kD. The main chain of the molecules composed of α-D (l→6) linked Gal, side chain was α(1─2) Man a (1─2)Man. Chemical modification of PC-3 by periodate oxidation, partial acid hydrolysis, methylation, sulfation, PC-3 and its derivation were tested for anti-virus activities against Coxsackis B5. Results showed that sulfated PC-3 may increase the anti-virus (CB5) activity, other derivatives decrease the antivirus activity.
