大鼠新鲜分离DRG同一神经元膜GABA、NMDA和P物质激活电流的比较

摘要 本文应用全细胞膜片钳实验技术观察到大鼠背根神经节(DRG)神经元膜上共存有GABA、NMDA和P物质受体(21/57,36.8%);在同一DRG神经元膜上就上述三种受体分别被激活后所引起的电流进行了幅值、去敏感等的比较分析;并就这三件受体被激活后可能存在的相互调制及生理意义进行了讨论. The whole -cell patch clamp technique was used to study the currents induced by three kinds of neurotransmitters in freshly isolated dorsal root ganglion neurons. It was observed that receptors of GABA,NMDA and substance P co -existed in 21 cells of 57 neurons examined (21/57, 36. 8%). The currents activated by them respectively were comparatively analysed on amplitude , desensitization and so on on same neurons. The article also discusses the possible inter -modulated and physiological effects by the activation of these neurotransmitter receptors.
