摘要
根据涡旋运动理论,对自振脉冲射流进行了深入分析,认为由振荡腔喷出的射流为一系列不连续的涡旋。对涡旅的产生和增大的规律进行了描述,根据理论计算和大量的试验数据,设计了一种新型的自振脉冲射流喷嘴,对射流轴心冲击压力进行了测试及冲蚀岩样试验,并与普通自振脉冲喷嘴及锥形喷嘴进行了对比.研究结果表明,这种新型自振脉冲喷嘴可产生很强的压力脉动,并能有效地提高射流的冲蚀破碎能力。
A theoretical analysis on self-resonating pulsating jet was carried out basedon the theory of the motion of vortex. This paper in dicates that the jet spray ed fromresonating chamber is formed by a series of isolated vortex. The laws of production andgrowth of the vortex were described.On the basis of the theoretical calculation and theexperimental data, a new type of self-resonating pulsating nozzle was designed.Axial impactpressure measuring and rock erosion tests by using the new self-resonating pulsating nozzlewere carri ed out.The test result was compared with that by using a common self-resonatingpulsating nozzle and a cone nozzle. The results show that the new type of nozzle can producea big pressure pulsation and has a good ability of rock erosion.
