摘要
利用多元回归分析方法,得出了20CrMnTi渗碳钢渗碳层厚度与渗碳温度和保温时间之间的关系式,将理论计算结果与试验测定值进行了对比,两者比较吻合,最大相对误差为4.1%.研究表明,在工艺参数已知的情况下.就可以用该计算公式预测渗碳层的厚度.
A relational expression of carburized layer depth in carburizing steel with theheating temperature and soaking time was established by using the multiple regressionanalysis. The results of the measurement and the calculation with the expression are in goodagreement. The maximum relative error is 4.1%. The layer depth can be predicted by usingthe expression provided that process variables are known.
