摘要
应用ADINA程序对钻井泵泵阀进行了计算,结果表明,阀座的形状结构决定的应力分布状态是其下部锥面下沉的原因之一;通孔阀中不加强筋也不会发生颈缩。密封圈下部穴窝状剥落可能是气蚀和冲蚀联合作用产生的结果。
A lot of calculations have been made for the mud pump valve using theADINA program, some conclusions of worth have been obtained.The stress state of the seatis the main cause of cone surface subsidence:the full-open valve would not shrinking withoutand a hypothesis that the cause of lower spallation of seat ring are cavitation and erosion havebeenmade.
