摘要
本文针对我国有关压力容器焊后热处理规范不够完善，存在企业自行制定热处理工艺的现状，全面介绍了国内外现行的压力容器焊后消除应力回火热处理的方法及检验要求，尤其对热处理工艺参数的确定，列举了美、英、法、日等国规范的有关规定。同时还就压力容器进行消除应力回火的必要性及替代消除应力回火的方法进行了探讨，对我国压力容器焊后热处理技术的发展提出建议。
The Codes on post weld heat treatment of preasure vessels in our country are imperfect.This paper introduces some methods and inspection requirements used in home and abroad on post weld heat treatment,especially introduces related regulations on some parameters of heat treat-ment.It also discusses the necessity of tempering and the substituted tempering methods,and pro-poses the direction of development of post weld heat treatment technologies in our country
