摘要
报道了由POCl_3、乙二醇和环氧乙烷反应合成阻燃剂Thermolin101的新合成路线。研究了影响反应的因素,反应收率可达到90%。经红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析测定了产品的化学结构,并做了在聚氨酯软泡中的应用试验,和阻燃涂层试验,结果显示Thermolin101是一种较好的新型阻燃剂。
In this paper a new synthesis method for flame retardant Thermolin 101 from POCl_3,glycol and ethylene oxide was reported. The factors which influence the reaction werestudied.The yield reaehed 90%. The chemical structure of the product was exalnined byusing IR, NMR and elemental analysis.Application test in soft polyurethane foam and flameretardant coating test were made. It shows Thermolin 101 is a new good flame retardant.
