摘要
指出了现用密封特性参数及设计方法的局限性和不合理性。重点介绍了ＰＶＲＣ的ＡＢ密封试验方法及垫片的典型试验结果。根据所得到的σ＿ｇ—Ｔ＿ｐ曲线提出了一种新的密封设计方法，给出了由组装应力求取螺栓载荷的有关设计计算公式。
This paper points out the limitation and unreasonableness of the sealingcharacteristic factors and design method applied at present.In addition,the A and Btest method by PVRC and typical gasket test results of sealing behavior are describedemphatically, and the detailed analysis is given.According to the σ_g T_p diagram,we have put forward a new type of sealing design method,obtaining the relative designformulas of bolt from the assembly stress.
