本文探讨了铽—二元羧酸络合物的荧光性能及其在荧光分析中应用的可能性。在所研究的八种有机二元羧酸中,以草酸对铽荧光的增敏作用最大,是高灵敏度测定铽的良好荧光试剂。在pH7.5,2×10^(-2) M草酸浓度条件下,铽的检测限可达0.03ppm。成功地用标准加入法测定了La_2O_3、Tm_2O_3、Yb_2O_3、Lu_2O_3等稀土氧化物中的微量铽含量。
The fluorescence properties of terbium-dicarboxylic acid complexes and possibility for use in fluorometry have been investigated. The oxalic acid had largest sensitization for terbium fluorescence in eight kind of investigated dicarboxylic acids. It was a excellent fluorescence reagent for determinated terbium with high sensitivity. In pH7.5, the detection limit of terbium was 0.03 ppm with 2×10^(-2)M oxalic acid. The micro amount of terbium in La_2O_3, Tm_2O_3, Yb_2O_3, Lu_2O_3 was successfully determined by the standard addition method.
