重油催化热裂解制取乙烯和丙烯的研究 被引量:26

摘要 本文探讨了重油催化热裂解制取乙烯和丙烯的反应机理,认为选择L酸中心多,且氢转移活性低的分子筛催化剂可以多产乙烯,并同时生成大量的丙烯。根据这个反应机理选取了3种新型分子筛催化剂。试验结果表明这3种催化剂都具有较高的乙烯和丙烯选择性。同时还考察了不同性质原料油的催化热裂解反应结果,并研究了反应温度、反应时间和注水量等反应条件对乙烯和丙烯产率的影响。在小型固定流化床反应装置上,在典型的催化热裂解反应条件下,石蜡基蜡油的乙烯产率可达21.07w%、丙烯产率可达18.22w%。 This paper studies the reaction mechanism of producing ethylene and propylene in Catalytic Pyrolysis Process.The zeolite catalysts with more Lewis acid sites and lower hydrogen transfer activity can produce large amount of ethylene together with significant amount of propylene.Three newly developed zeolite catalysts have been selected according to this mechanism.Various feedstocks and the effeets of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of steam injected on the yields of ethylene and propylene have been studied.The results have shown that 21. 07 w% of ethylene and 18. 22 w% of propylene can be produced from a paraffinic VGO feedstock under the typical reaction conditions of Catalytic Pyrolysis Process.
