摘要 本文是对石油加工过程先进控制的一个综述。石油加工过程对控制要求较高,是推动先进过程控制技术发展的动力。80年代始,先进控制在石油加工生产中应用并取得了明显效果,这不仅依赖于自动控制理论(有代表性的是模型预估控制技术),计算机和其它技术的发展,也依赖于生产过程动态学和模型化的发展。先进控制的主要特点是充分利用过程信息,适应过程特点,充分发挥生产装置潜力,当前正在发展的模型预估多变量约束协调和优化控制是其代表性技术。最近的发展方向是先进控制与优化、生产调度与计划、生产管理与销售各层次一体化的计算机集成系统。 This paper is a survey of petroleum refining process advanced control.Petroleum refining requires high performance control,that is the motive force for the development of process control techniques.The superiority of advanced process control over traditional PID control has been demonstrated at the beginning of 80’,and it has brought about obvious benefits in commercial plant.Techniques of advanced process control not only depend on the development of control system theory and techniques(an example of which is predictive control), computers and instruments, but also the process dynamic and modeling. Sufficiently using process information and potential ability of a operating plant to make possible highest profit is the main feature of advanced process control,and the model predictive multivariable coordinated control and optimization strategies developed in recent years are it’s representative techniques.Petroleum refining industry will be further benifited by the integration of process control,optimization,scheduling,planning and management in the near future.
