摘要
用NMR-IR,XRD和NH_3-TPD研究了水蒸气处理温度500、520、530、550、585℃对HZSM-5沸石脱铝、酸性和结构的影响,并用乙苯歧化和乙苯乙醇烷基化反应表征了催化活性。试验结果表明,500℃水蒸气处理开始脱铝,处理温度增高酸量减小。530℃以后。B酸量变化渐小。水蒸气处理后HZSM-5沸石由正交晶系转变为单斜晶系。歧化和烷基化反应活性与酸量和B酸量有较好的一致关系。
The effects of steam treatment at different temperatures (500,520,530,550,585℃)on dealumination,acidity and structure of HZSM-5 zeolite were studied by means of NMR,IR, XRD and NH_3-TPD. The catalytic activity of HZSM-5 were characterized with ethylbenzene disproportionation reaction and alkylation reaction of ethylbenzene and ethanol. The results indicated that the dealumination starts to take place under steam treatment at 500℃. The higher the steam treatment temperature,the lesser the acid amount. The B acid is unchanged above 530℃. The crystallographic shape of HZSM-5 zeolite changes from orthorhombic to monoclimic crystal system under steam treatment. The activity for disproportionation and alkylation appears in close relationship with B acid and its amount.
