摘要
以苯酚-双氧水的氧化反应为探针,评价了Ti-SiZSM-5(TS-1)的催化性能,并对反应条件的影响进行了考察。研究表明,在适宜的条件下,TS-1表现出较高的催化活性、高的反应选择性和良好的活性稳定性。用NH_3-TPD和IR法对TS-1沸石的酸性进行了研究,发现TS-1只具有弱酸性。与反应结果进行关联,可知反应过程主要是沸石骨架中存在的结构在起催化活性中心作用,而不是酸催化。
The catalytic performance of Ti-SiZSM-5 (TS-1)zeolite was investigated by oxidation of phenol with hydrogen peroxide. The influence of reaction conditions was studied. It has been shown that TS-1 displays high catalytic activity, high selectivity and good stability for the reaction under proper conditions. The acid strength and acidity of TS-1 measured by NH_3-TPD and IR method are very weak. It has been found that the hydroxylation reaction on TS-1 is mainly attributed to the in zeolite framework instead of acid sites.
