摘要 介绍了适合注蒸汽井温度场、套管三维热应力分析的有限元计算理论和方法。经过大量的计算,得出了注汽井四种工况下的温度场、套管三维热应力分布规律。考虑套管的受热、受力特点,研制出了相应的套管柱设计软件。现场实践证明,该理论和方法符合注汽井实际。结论认为,隔热管要居中且接箍处要隔热;水泥需近到井口;N80套管需提拉预应力;油层部位套管应采取高钢级耐热套管。 The paper introduces definite element computing theory and method suitable to analyse the temperature field and casing 3-D thermal stress. By enormous calculatings, the distribution rules of the temperature fieldand casing 3-D thermal stress under four operation conditions are obtained. Taking account of the forces applied tothe casing, the corresponding computer programme design of casing string has been developed. Field applicationsshow the theory is advanced and the computing method is reasonable.
