摘要 本文提出了一个砖结构房屋的震害预测方法,该方法由结构的屈服强度和最大弹性地震剪力确定结构的层屈服剪力系数,再用层屈服剪力系数计算结构的层间延伸率。根据砖砌体试验结果知,结构的层间延伸率大小决定了它的破坏程度,这样,建立了一个以层间延伸率为判据的砖结构房屋的震害预测方法。文中并以实例说明了该方法的应用过程。在临汾市的震害预测中,用该方法预测了重要建筑在未来地震中的破坏程度,得到了令人满意的结果。 A method of predicting earthquake damage of brick buildings is presented in this paper. After the story yield shear force factor is calculated from structural yield strength and maximum elastic earthquake shear force the structural story ductility factor is determined from the story yield shear force factor. It is known from the brick masonry model test that the damage classification can be determined from structural story ductility factor. Therefore an earthquake damage prediction method which considers the story ductility factor as a criterion is presented. The applying procedure of the method is demonstrated by examples. In the earthquake damage prediction of Linfen City the damage classification of the important buildings in futural earthquake was conducted with the method and a satisfactory result was obtained.
