摘要
介绍机动车重量动态检测软件设计的依据和程序流程。在分析称重装置受压期间输出电压波形的基础上,选择恰当的采样速率和判别阈值,采用多种软件滤波方法,使该软件能可靠地识别行驶中的每一辆机动车的车轮,并能准确地计算出每个车轮作用于秤台的压力和机动车的实际重量。
The basis of software design for inspecting and measuring weight of moving vehicle and the flow program are introduced. On the basis of analyzing output voltage wave from the device of weighing in a whole prossed period, a suitable sampling rate and some thresholds for judging motion conditions are selected and many kinds of software methods for filtering are adopted, so as to make, the software able to judge every wheel of a moving vehicle reliably,and to caculate the pressure on the weighing bridge after a wheel has passed, as well as the actual weight of a vehicle more precisely.
