摘要
研究了一株对虾弧菌病病原菌对24种药物的敏感性,测定了几种抗菌性较强、抗菌谱较广且价格较低廉的药物对该菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)以及药物在海水环境中对该菌作用的有效性和药物联用效果。结果表明,不同药物具有不同的MIC值,在特定的实验条件下,药物之间的作用表现为:协同、拮抗和无关三种结果,不同药物在海水中作用时间不一。本文对药物滥施乱用的后果进行了讨论并提出了有效控制病菌、合理用药的建议,同时强调在水产养殖活动中,在防治微生物病害方面实施生态防治技术的重要性和必要性。
The antibacterial a ctivity of 24 kinds of drug towards prawn vibriosis caused by vibrio(Z8809) was studied.The minimal inhibition concentration (MIC) and the minimal (2) Maeda,M.,1992. Ecological activities of micro-organisms and protogoa related tobiological and fish growth bacteriocide concetratin (MBC)of some drugs against the disease, the effective time of thedrugs towards the strain in seawater, and the effect of germ concentation on the value ofMIC were reported in this paper.The consequences resulting from inocorret use of drug wereDiscussed. Emphases were put on the imporance and urgency of practising the techinque of Ecological control in reventing and curing microbial disease of penaeus.
