摘要
本文用活性碳纤维作吸附剂处理炼油厂二次生化砂滤后出水,探索了以吸附法处理二次生化出水的CODcr、浊度等指标的可行性,为中试化提供技术参数。实验表明:活性碳纤维对二次生化后废水中的COD,浊度吸附性能良好,当CODcr为318mg/L,浊度88·6mg/L时,250g活性碳纤维处理3L废水,净化效率分别是69.5%、69.8%。活性碳纤维饱和后,经过热蒸汽在200~500℃下脱附,恢复率近100%,从碘吸附量指标上推算,其可循环使用6年。脱附出的有机废气可焚烧处理。
The method of treating wastewater from a petroleum refinery plant with active carbon fiber (ACF) was studied. The experimental results showed that ACF has high adsorptivity in treating COD and turbidity. When treating 3L wastewater on CODC. 318 mg/L and turbidity 88. 6mg/Lwith 2. 5g ACF, the removal efficiences of COD and turbidity are 69. 5 % and 69. 8% respectively. The saturated ACF can be used regenerated through desorption in 200~500℃ steam.The secondary pollution can be avoided by buring the waste gas.
