摘要
JM离子交换网膜是一种同时具有普通离子交换膜和隔板两者功能的新构件。无隔板电渗析器是一种不需要配置隔板,直接由JM离子交换网膜和电极为主要部件组装而成的新型电渗析器。目前研制成220min×150mm大小的样机,其有效面积为130×120(mm)2。用10对JM离子交换网膜组装而成。用NaCl配制成盐水进行脱盐试验,在相同的操作条件下与普通异相膜进行了运转对比,结果表明:JM离子交换网膜脱盐速率比普通异相膜明显快,电耗降低20%以上。
A spaer-free electrodialysis(ED) device(dimensions:220mm×150mm)was developed,which consisted of 10 pairs of JM ion-exchange net-membranes with 130×150(mm)2 of effective area. The JM ion-exchange net-membrane is a new component with both functions of common ion exchange membrane and spacer. Thus,the new ED device does not need the spacer tobe disposed and is directly installed with the main parts of JM anionic and cationic ion exchangenet membranes and electrodes.The desalting test of the new ED device was conducted with NaClaqueous solution formulated,and under the same operating conditions,the test of comparing theJM ion-exchange net-membrane with common heterogeneous ion exchange membrane was alsocarried out. The results showed that the desaltingrate for the former membrane was obviouslyhigher than that for the latter one,and adopting the former membrane,the power consumptionwould lOwer by 20% or more.
