摘要
本文以枣庄市水资源系统为实例,研究地面水、地下水及客水等多种水资源的联合优化调度问题,根据该地区及水资源系统的供水特点,建立了包含分区管理调度及统一管理调度模型在内的大系统分解协调模型,以历史长系列资料进行计算,用人工生成系列资料作风险分析,并据此提出地区水利建设对策措施,成果表明所建立的模型及其求解方法是成功的。
The optimal regulation of multi-water resources consisting of surface water,ground water and water gathed from the outside is studied for Zaozhuang city. The decomposition and coordination large scale system model including the subsystem management model and the coordination model have been established. Based on the calculation using long term records and the risk analysis using synthetic data,the strategy of water conservancy development have been recommended. The numerical calculation demonstrates that the results obtained are reasonable and the proposed model is realistic and acceptable.
