摘要
鲁布革水电站右岸泄洪洞由于水库内淤积、施工质量不高、运行不合理以及水力学等原因,运行4年来在高流速、低压力的流态下产生空蚀,使工作弧门门槽前后的钢衬、混凝土和部分焊缝遭到严重破坏。修复时取消了钢衬,采用高标号混凝土衬砌。经过一段时间的泄洪考验,效果较好。
For four years the Lubuge right bank spillway tunnel was working under conditions of high water velocity and low water pressure. But owing to the poor quality in construction, irrational management in operation and reservoir sedimentation as well as hydraulic causes, the steel lining in front of and behind the radial gate slot was cavitated and part of the welded joint and the concrete were seriously destroyed. when making repairs on the tunnel the steel lining was removed and high strength concrete lining was used instead. After a Period of time in discharging flood it was shown that the tunnel was in good repair.
