摘要
本文分析64例肾盂癌的影象学诊断,IVP、逆行肾盂造影、B 超和 CT 诊断正确率分别为40%、80%、75%和58.3%。IVP 病肾不显影时 B 超肿瘤检出率为92.9%。术前用 B 超对肾盂癌分期具有一定临床意义。我们认为单一影象学方法难以作出准确诊断,应强调合理联合应用。
The imaging diagnosis of 64 cases with pelvic cancer was analysed.The a(?)curacyto diagnose cancer with IVP,retrograde renography,B-ultrasonography,and CT was40,80,75 and 58.3 per cent respectively.92.9 per cent of the cancers,in which theirkidneys were nonfunctional with IVP,was detected by B-ultrasonography.It is ofsignificance to stage pelvic cancer with B-ultrasonography before operation.So it isbelieved that none of the above imaging methods alone is adequate for accurate dia-gnosis.Combined and selective use of the methods should be emphasized.
