摘要
本试验通过对甘蓝型油菜雄不育与可育花蕾的RNA、氨基酸含量研究表明:①雄不育花蕾RNA含量在花药减数分裂时,有高、有低,在单核期后,则显著低于相应的可育系,雄不育花蕾RNA亏缺是不育的结果;②雄不育花蕾游离脯氨酸随其发育降低,可育系则与之相反,脯氨酸缺乏是雄不育的结果;③雄不育花蕾丙氨酸含量高于相应可育系;④雄不育花蕾游离天门冬氨酸含量在花粉母细胞减数分裂时,低于相应可育系,在花粉三胞期则与之相反;④油菜花蕾游离天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、半胱氨酸含量随其发育而降低。
The varieties and contents of the RNA and the free amino acids in the malesterile alabastre in Brassica Napus L. Were analysed. The following results were obtained: during reduction mitosis of pollenmother cells, the RNA content in the malesterile alabastre is lower or higher than the RNA content in maintainers or restorers. After uninucleic pollen, the RNA content in the male sterile lines alabastra is much lower than that in their maintainers or regtorers. It is proved that the lack of the RNA content of male sterile alabastra is the result of malesterile. Of all the 17 measured free amino acius, the one that has the closest relationship with the abortion of anthers is proline,and nest comes ASP and ALA. Under the development of alabastra, the content in sterile alabastra tends from a high to low level thile that in fertile alabastra from a low to high level and in partially fertile alabastra is between them. During reduction mitosis of pollenmother cells,the ASP content in malesterile line alabastra is lower in the ferule line alabastra. At trinucleate stage. The ASP content is contrary to reduction mitosis of pollen mother cells. the ALA content in the malesterile alabastra is higher in the fertile alabastra. The Asp, Thr, Glu, Ala, Cys content in alabastra tends from a high to low level under the development of alabastra.
