摘要
本文通过环氧树脂整理蚕丝/羊毛复合丝织物的正交实验、方差分析及单因素分析,找出适合织物防皱整理的优化工艺,并在此基础上通过酸、碱水解性、氨基酸分析、表面衰减全反射红外光谱及扫描电镜分析,研究了环氧树脂整理提高蚕丝/羊毛复合丝织物折皱回复性和其它物理性能的机理.
In this paper, silk/wool covered yarn fabrics were treated with epoxide resin to improve their crease-resistance ability. The optimum finishing conditions were found out by cross-cut test and single factor analysis. The treated silk/wool covered yarn fabric,silk and wool fabric were studied by means of acid and alkali hydrolysis amino acid analysis.ATR infrared spectroscopy analysis and scanning electron microscope methed.
