摘要 本文实验研究了丙烯酸乙酯(EA),热稳定剂,抗氧剂的加入量及加入方式对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸乙酯悬浮共聚物热稳定性,流变性能的影响。结果表明:抗氧”剂1和抗氧剂2具有协同效应。它们与热稳定剂同时加入共聚物中,能使其分解温度超过英国ICI公司的MH-254产品,并且流动常数也比其大3倍。丙烯酸乙酯作为共聚单体能提高共聚物的热稳定性,并且流动性也得到改善,EA的最佳加入量为3~4%。甲基丙烯酸甲酯本体聚合时,加入少量ZnCl2,也能提高聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的热稳定性。 Abstract The heat stability and rheology of PMMA/EA resin were studied by adding heat stabilizer, antioxident and ethyl acrylste. The results showed that antioxidant 1 and 2 had theconjugation effects on heat resistance. They could be added to the resin with heat stabilizer.The degradation temperature of the resin added with agents was higher than one of MH254. The ethyl acrylate as the second monomer could improve the heat stability and flowproperties. The optimum quantity of EA was 3 ̄ 4%. Small amount of ZnCl2 could improve the heat stability of PMMA/EA.
