摘要 本工作采用实验室用氮压式单孔纺丝机,对中间相沥青在不同温度下进行纺丝、经预氧化、碳化后测试其力学性能和结构,分析了熔纺温度对大直径中间相沥青纤维和碳纤维的结构和性能的影响。 Abstract: In this word,mesophase pitch is melt spun at various temperature through monohole spinneret compressed by nitrogen gas. After oxidative stabilization and carbonization, the structures and properties are determined. The influence of spinning temperature of mesophase pitch on the structures and properties of large-diameter mesophase pitchfibers and carbon fibers is analyzed.
