摘要
研制的25W3Mo4Cr2V7Co5高初高硬高速钢的共晶碳化物尺寸平均为2~4μm,最大约为8μm;经最佳规范过饱和渗碳后碳化物尺寸平均为4~6μm,最大亦仅为10μm。热处理后的硬度可达HRC67~70,用该钢制造的车刀,其耐用度显著高于W18Cr4V钢。
The average particle size of eutectic carbides in the new high toughness and hardness high speed steel 25W3Mo4CrZV7Co5 developed was 2~4 pm, and the maximum particle size was 6~8μm.The average particle size of carbides in the steel overcarburized was 4~6 μm, and the maximum was about 10μm. The service life of lathe tools made of steel 25W3Mo4CrZV7Co5 heat treated with HRC67~70 was evidently longer than that of the tools made of the steel W18Cr4V.
