摘要 采用TURBO-PROLOG语言编制压铸工艺参数设计和缺陷判断的专家系统,可在IBMPC及其兼容机上运行。作者收集了大量压铸机、压铸合金、压铸工艺参数、压铸件质量评价等有关资料,提出参数设计的多途径设计方法,即有按人工设计思路和计算机自动搜索判别的辅助设计法,并充分利用专家系统语言的功能,具有一定的综合优化作用。 The language of TURBO-PROLOG has been applied to work out the expert system for design of process parameters in die casting and identification of defects, which can be run on IBM-PC or its series. Large amount of data about machines, alloys, process parameters and evaluation of products quality had been gathered, and then, the method of various design ways besed on trains of thought of manual design and automatic search by computer itself has been developed,moreover, the function of language of expert system has been applied so as to have a result of synthesized optimization. Applied in several factories,it shows that the system has a reliable practical value and is helpful to identify and solve the problems rapidly during die casting process.
