摘要
本文研究了M-Cr-Al-Y合金(M=Ni,Co,Fe)激光熔覆层的显微组织,微区成分及抗氧化性。氧化增重试验结果表明,M-Cr-Al-Y涂层具有比1Cr_(18)Ni_9Ti不锈铜低得多的氧化增重和氧化速率,其中以Co-Cr-Al-Y涂层为最好,其次依次为Ni-Cr-Al-Y,Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y_2O_3,Fe-Cr-Al-Y.
This paper deals with the microstructure ,microanalysis and oxidation behavior of laser cladding M-Cr-Al-Y alloys(M=Ni,Co,Fe).The result of oxidat-ing tests shows that the oxidation gain and rate of MCrAlY coatings are far less than that of 1Cr18Ni19Ti stainless steel.Among the MCrAlY coatings,the oxidation be-havior of the CoCrAlY coating is the best and others,in turn,are NiCrAlY,NiC-oCrAlY_2O_3and FeCrAlY coatings.
