摘要
介绍一种快速高精度同步控制系统。适用于纺织、造纸、塑料以及橡胶等生产部门.本文应用现代控制理论中的模型跟踪伺服系统理论,求出三组最优控制增益阵。本系统采用偏差计数、数字锁相等技术,大幅度地提高了同步控制精度,实测结果表明,由于应用了模型跟踪伺服理论和新技术、新型原器件,系统的动态性能和稳态性均个人满意,故本系统具有推广应用价值。
This paper develops quick and high accuracy synchronizing control sys- tem,The system is applicable to textile、paper、plastic and rubber manufacture.This paper makes use of the model following serve system theory in modern control theory and determine optical control gain matrix. The system makes use of the up 一down count and digital phaselock technique,the synchronizing control accuracy has risen greatly. Owing to fact that application of the model following serve sys- tem theory and new technique、new elements,evergone was pleased with dynamic performance and steady一state performance of the experimental results,therefore the system will be of extend and use value.
