摘要
本文进行了光合细菌(PSB)的富集、分离、纯化和鉴定,并研制了一种新的固定化细胞方法──半透膜包埋法,将其应用于厌氧折流板反应器中对高浓度工业有机废水进行了处理。处理的试验结果表明,固定化光合细菌厌氧折流板反应器对有机废水保持较高的处理效率。
Not only have we studied PSB's beneficiation, purification and identification, but also developed a new technique of fixing cell-semipermeable membrane investment which has been used in anaerobic baffle reactor to treat waste water polluted heavily by industrial debris. The result shows that the PSB in this process has high treating efficiency.
