摘要
用含铬40ppm的富铬酵母对114例高脂血症患者分别进行2个月和3个月的治疗,两组病人均每日补充本酵母2.5g。结果发现:2个月治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著下降,血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白亚组分Ⅱ胆固醇(HDL_2-C)显著上升,3个月治疗组有相似变化,而且TC、TG、LDL-C降低值分别为2个月组的1.4、1.5和1.8倍,HDL-C、HDL_2-C升高值为2个月组的1.2与1.5倍。42例高脂血症而血糖正常者治疗3个月后TC、TG显著下降,而血糖(FBG)仍维持正常水平,对血糖正常者并无降糖作用。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of chromium enriched yeast on blood lipids and normal blood glucose. Chromium enriched yeast 2.5g daily were given to 114 hyperlipoidemic patients for 2 or 3 months. The results showed that: After supplementation of this yeast, serum TC, TG, LDL-C all decreased significantly in the two groups, and HDL-C, HDL2-C all increased obviously. But the decreased value of TC, TG, LDL-C of the 3-month group was 1.4, 1.5 and 1.8 times respectively of the 2-month group, and the increased value of HDL-C, HDL2-C was 1.2 and 1.5 times respectively of the 2-month group. So the result of the 3-month group see'med to be better than the 2-month group. Forty-two hyperlipoidemic patients with normal blood glucose were treated with chromium enriched yeast for 3 months, serum TC, TG decreased significantly, FBG maintained on normal level. These data showed that chromium enriched yeast could regulate the blood sugar, it did not decrease the blood sugar in normal range. Chromium enriched yeast was cultured in the medium containing CrCl3, and the content of chromium in the yeast was 40ppm.
