摘要
为了寻找质优、价廉、丰富、易得的天然食品抗氧化剂资源,本文采用“扩散板法”和“永停法”从51种中草药中筛选出了二十三种活性较强的,其中大黄、牡丹皮、老鹳草、川续断、芡实,山茱萸核、马齿苋、八角回香、千里光和鹅不食草等10种抗氧活性最强(AI>70%)。
For looking for the natural antioxidants that are of high quality,low price,rich in natural resources and easily obtained.The paper has sieved out twenty-three species of stronger activities(AI>50%)from fifty-one species of Chinese herb medicines by two methods(the diffusion plate method and the death end method).The antioxidant activities of ten species(Rheum officinale Baill,Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.Erodium stephanianum willd.,Dipsacus asper wall,Cornus,officinalis Sieb.et zucc,Portulaca oleracea L.,Illicium Verum Hook Senecio Scandens Buch Ham.,and Centipe-da minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers.)in them are strongest(AI>70%).
