摘要
目的:检测在不同时间尼尔雌醇片溶出度的变化。方法:采用小杯法对尼尔雌醇片溶出度测定试验,以0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液150 mL为溶剂,转速为100 r·min^(-1)。结果:依法操作,经45 min时,4批样品的溶出度均超过标示量的70%,符合规定。结论:本文方法可控制产品质量。
Objective:To test the change of dissolution rate of nilestriol at different time.Method:Dissolution rate of nilestriol was determined by small cup method using 150mL0.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate as dissolution medium with a speed of 100 r·min^(-1).Result:Following this method,the dissolution rate of each four samples was higher than 70% of the labeled amount in 45 minutes.Conclusion:The products quality can be controlled by the above method.
