摘要
用四种C含量的U74轨钢,研究了加热速度对相变点的影响,测定了他们各自的连续冷却曲线,找出了四种材料欠速淬火后转变产物的硬度与冷却速度的关系。还用C含量为0.74%的轨钢,研究了奥氏体化温度对冲击值的影响,以及用C含量为0.65%的轨钢,研究了奥氏体化温度及不保温等因素对欠速淬火后转变产物硬度的影响。从而为现有U74轨钢制定淬火工艺参数提供理论指导,以提高其淬火质量。研究还指出:现有U74轨钢C含量范围较宽,不能适应淬火要求,应调整到0.74~0.82%。
Four different C%U74 rail steels were studied. It studied the influence of heatingrate on the transformation temperature , tested the different C.C.Tand found out the rela-tionship between the hardness and cooling rate for the transformed products of these four dif-ferent materials by slack quenching. It also studied the influence of austenitizing temperatureon the toughness for 0.74%C rail steel , tested the effect of austenitizing temperature and non-heat preservation on the transformation products after slack quenching for 0. 65%Csteel. The test results offered a theoretical basis for determining the heat treating technic parameters of U74 rail steel, and the quenching quality can be improved.The test results alsoshowed that the range of C-content of existing U74 rail steel was too large to satisfy the requirement of heat treating and it should be controlled to be 0.74~0. 82%.
