摘要
用MM-200摩擦实验机考察了不同基底材料上的聚酰亚胺固体润滑膜的摩擦学性能,考察结果显示在经过酸处理的镀镍A3钢上制备的聚酰亚胺膜有良好的减摩和抗磨损性能,这是因为摩擦过程中聚酰亚胺膜在对偶面上形成了均匀的转移膜。
The tribological behaviors of polyimide solid - lubricating film upon different substrates ware investigated with MM - 200 friction tester, and the results show that the polyimide fihn upon acid treated nickel - plated A3 steel has good friction reduction and anti - wear performances, this is because that polyimide can inform the uniform transfer film on frictional surface.
