摘要
目的研究灰绿黄堇CorydalisaduncaMaxim生物碱的化学成分。方法按不同的pH值,对95%乙醇热提浸膏进行分段处理,柱色谱分离,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术等进行结构鉴定。结果从灰绿黄堇中分离得到8个生物碱,本研究报道其中的5个化合物二氢血根碱(Ⅰ),四氢非洲防己胺(Ⅱ),1,2,3,4四氢7甲氧基1[4甲氧基苯基]甲基8异喹啉醇(Ⅲ),原阿片碱(Ⅳ),6丙酮基5,6二氢血根碱(Ⅴ)。结论5个化合物均是首次从该植物中得到。
Objective: To study the alkaloid constituents of Corydalis adunca. Method: The constituents were isolated on silica gel column and their structures were elucidated by IR, NMR, MS data. Result: Eight alkaloid compounds were isolated from alcohol extracts of the herb of C. adunca, and identified as dihydrosanguinaline(Ⅰ),tetrahydrocolumbamine(Ⅱ), 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-7-methoxy-1-[(4-methoxy)phenyl]methyl-8-quinolinol(Ⅲ), protopine(Ⅳ) and 6-acetonyl-5,6-dihydrosanguinarine(Ⅴ). Conclusion: Five compounds were isolated from C.adunca for the first time. [
