摘要
研究了新型耐磨耐热材料—球墨铸钢。通过对钢液进行适当的球化处理,铸态组织直接获得一定数量的球状石墨、碳化物和珠光体,并有效地降低有害杂质的含量。本文重点探讨了石墨球化的机理及石墨球形态。
Deals with a kind of new wear-resisting, fire-resisting material—cast steel with spheroidal graphite. By means of appropriate spheroidizing treatment on the liquid of steel, casting structure direct acquire certain quantitative spheroidal graphite、carbide and pearlite, reduces the content of harmful impurity effectively. This paper emphatically analyses the spheroidizing mechanism and the shape of spheroidal graphite.
