摘要
目的了解人口统计学因素对护士工作满意度的影响及满意度与离职意向之间的关系,为管理者提高护士工作满意度和工作积极性提供决策依据。方法应用自行设计调查问卷对随机抽取的219名护士进行现场测试,结果用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果护士对自己工作总体满意程度不高,对工作报酬满意度最低;提高工资福利、改善住房等条件是当前护士最需要解决的问题,也是影响工作积极性的主要因素;不同年龄、工作年限、学历护士的工作满意度不同。离职意向与满意度有高度的反向相关性,满意度越低,离职意向越高。结论根据影响工作满意因素及护士需求,采取不同的管理措施及激励手段,提高工作满意度。
Objective To determine the relation of nurses' characteristics to their job satisfaction and the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover,so as to provide basis for the nursing managers to take measures to raise nurses' job satisfaction and working enthusiasm.Method 219 randomly sampled nurses were surveyed using the self-designed questionnaire,the data were analyzed by SPSS statistic software.Results The nurses' job satisfaction was relatively low,especially with salaries and rewards.Nurses' job satisfaction was related to their age,working years and education.There was negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover,that was the nurses with lower job satisfaction had higher tendency of turnover.Conclusion In order to enhance nurses' job satisfaction,different administrative measures and means of stimulation ought to be adopted aimed to the influencing factors and nurses' needs.
