摘要
利用大肠杆菌抗体的免疫吸附反应,使用集成化手持式 SpreetaTM SPR传感器快速检测大肠杆菌E.Coli 0157∶H7,采用亲和素 生物素系统放大检测的响应信号,并引入复合抗体作为二次抗体,使该传感器对大肠杆菌的检测限由106cfu/mL下降到105cfu/mL。
Based on the immunoadsorption reaction of E.Coli antibody, a rapid assay for E.Coli 0157∶H7 was developed by using integrated portable Spreeta^(TM) SPR biosensor. A response sign was magnified by avidin-biotin system while compound antibody was used in the assay. The detection limit was down from 10~6 cfu/mL to 10~5 cfu/mL.
