摘要
研究以对苯二甲酰胺为原料,经氯化和微波辐射下Hofmann降解两步合成对苯二胺的过程.考察了溶剂、温度、反应时间和加热方式等因素对反应的影响.结果表明,0.15 mol对苯二甲酰胺在500mL水中、15~20℃下反应4.0~4.5 h,可得到98.4%的N,N'-二氯代对苯二甲酰胺(CA).CA在微波辐射下降解8min可得到92.6%的对苯二胺.开发了一条成本低、工艺简单的对苯二胺合成路线.
1,4-Benzenediamine was prepared by chlorination of 1,4-benzenedicarboxamide and Hofmann degradation under microwave irradiation. Influence of reaction conditions, such as solvent, temperature, reaction time and heating method on reaction were investigated. When 0.15 mol 1,4-benzenedicarboxamide was chlorinated with Cl2 in 500 mL H2O at 15-20°C for 4.0-4.5 h, 98.4% N,N prime -dichloro-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide (CA) was produced, and when 0.085 mol CA successively degraded under microwave irradiation for 8 min, 92.6% 1,4-benzenediamine was obtained. The technology featured simplicity and low cost.
