摘要
分配制度的改革是一切人事制度改革的焦点。在社会主义初期阶段 ,分配制度具有强烈的导向性和举足轻重的力矩效果。因此 ,需要采取科学慎重的态度认真思考。本文针对财政补助科研事业单位的分配问题进行分析 。
The reform of wage distribution system is the key part among the personnel reform. In the primary socialist period, the wage distribution system has a strong guidance of all work, and plays a very important and leading role. Therefore it must be carefully studied and scientific consideration must be paid. In this article, the situation of the government financially subsidized research units is analyzed, and a new way of thinking for the reform of wage distribution system is proposed.
