摘要
科学技术是第一生产力。在知识经济时代,科研创新已经成为创造财富的主要资本。近年来,针对科研成果产业化问题的研究有很多。十六届三中全会提出了“以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”。从科学发展观的角度首先分析科研成果产业化的涵义及其现状,接着分析科研成果产业化过程中的科学发展观,最后详细论述了如何按照科学发展观的要求来进行科研成果产业化。
The science and technology are the first productivity.In the era of the knowledge economy,scientific research and renovation have been the main capitals which can create wealth.In the past several years,the research to the industrialization of the achievements in scientific research has been much more.The concept of scientific development has been expounded,whose quintessence are humanism,the full-aspect?harmonious and continuous developmental concept,Promoting the full-development of the economy?society and human.This article with analyse the industrialization of the achievements in scientific research from the aspect of the concept of scientific development.Firstly,it discusses the connotation and condition of the industrialization of the achievements in scientific research;secondly it analyses the concept of scientific development in the process of industrialization of the achievements in scientific research;Finally,it detailedly expounds how to use the achievements of the scientific research to industrialize according to the concept of scientific development.
