摘要
目的研究心安颗粒对实验性心肌缺血的作用。方法用垂体后叶素复制心肌缺血模型,心电图记录ST段及T波改变,观察其抗心肌缺血的作用。结果心安颗粒剂量依赖性地使垂体后叶素性心肌缺血发生率明显降低(P<0.01),高剂量组与复方丹参片作用相当。结论心安颗粒具有抗实验性心肌缺血的作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-myocardial ischemia effect of Xinan granule (XAG). Methods Animal model with myocardial ischemia was induced by pituitrin, the effect was observed by electrocardiographic. Results XAG eliminated the incidence of myocardial ischemia by pituitrin (P<0.01) in rats with a dose-dependent manner. The difference in the XAG high group did not differ from those in Dansen Table. Conclusions XAG has an anti-myocardial ischemia effect.
